Dokkaebi Dungeon Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using Dokkaebi Dungeon (the “Service”), a card dungeon exploration game provided by Goyo (“we”), and the rights and duties of Goyo and of you as a user.

Article 2. Definitions

1. “Service” means the app Dokkaebi Dungeon as distributed on Google Play and App Store.
2. “User” means a person who uses the Service under these terms.

Article 3. Applying and changing these terms

1. These terms apply once we post them on the Service's policy screen or a public web page.
2. We may change these terms so long as the change does not break applicable law.
3. When we change them we give the effective date and the reason from 7 days before that date, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.
4. If you do not agree with a change you can stop using the Service. If you keep using it after the notice period, we treat that as agreement.

Article 4. Eligibility

1. Sign-in is optional for play. A linked account recovers synchronized permanent records. Active runs do not resume after fully closing the app. Unsynchronized records may be lost after deletion or a device change.
2. We may refuse or restrict use if you use someone else's information, have previously been restricted for breaking these terms, or try to obtain records in the Service by illegitimate means.

Article 5. What the Service provides

1. We provide nine-tile dungeon exploration, coin collection, equipment upgrades, and a story about recovering the Name Lantern.
2. We may change the rules, difficulty, rewards, screens, and features to keep the Service stable and to improve it. We give notice of important changes in advance.

Article 6. Using the platforms

1. You must also follow the terms of Google Play or App Store, wherever you downloaded or run the Service. Distribution, updates, and payment are governed by that platform's policies.
2. A platform outage, policy change, or end of support may temporarily limit your use of the Service.

Article 7. Coin purchases and refunds

Optional packs provide 5,000 or 20,000 coins for upgrades. Purchased coins do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash. The server validates purchases and grants each transaction once. Approved refunds revoke the corresponding coins; if already spent, the paid coin balance may become negative. Refunds follow the platform process and applicable law.

Article 8. Remove Ads and restoration

Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase that removes automatic interstitial ads. Optional Continue and Double rewards ads remain. Purchase from the Shop and restore with the original store account using Restore purchases. Coin packs are also reachable from Upgrades → Get coins.

Article 9. In-app purchases and refunds

1. You can buy Remove Ads and coin packs through the in-app payment system of the store you installed the app from. Your payment details and purchase history are governed by that store's payment policies.
2. What you bought applies as soon as the payment is confirmed. On platforms that support restoring non-consumable purchases, you can restore the purchase made with the same account.
3. Refunds follow applicable law and the payment policies of the store where you paid.

Article 10. What you must not do

You must not:

• use the Service with automation tools, macros, or a modified build of the app;
• send requests directly to the server or alter how the app behaves in order to obtain records in the Service;
• create multiple accounts to collect the same reward more than once;
• use someone else's account or device to use the Service;
• interfere with the operation of the Service or place a burden on the server;
• copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service's code, design, or content beyond what the law allows.

Article 11. Action against misuse

1. If we confirm that you have broken these duties, we may restrict your use of the Service.
2. Where the breach is serious we may end your eligibility to use the Service.
3. We tell you before we act and give you a chance to respond. Where we must block something urgently, we act first and tell you immediately afterwards.

Article 12. Intellectual property

Rights in the code, design, text, images, and other content in the Service belong to Goyo or to the rightful owner. These terms give you only a limited right to use the Service personally.

Article 13. Changing, suspending, or ending the Service

1. The Service may be suspended for maintenance, a fault, a natural disaster, a security problem, or a platform policy change. We give 7 days' notice of a suspension we can foresee, and tell you immediately after the cause is resolved for a sudden one.
2. If we end the Service we give 30 days' notice.

Article 14. Limits of our responsibility

1. We are not responsible for loss caused, without intent or negligence on our part, by a platform outage, a communications failure, a device fault, or force majeure.
2. Nothing in this section excludes or limits responsibility that applicable law places on us.

Article 15. Privacy

How the Service handles personal information is described in the Dokkaebi Dungeon Privacy Policy.

Article 16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. We will try to settle any dispute about the Service by agreement first; if that fails, it may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

도깨비굴 서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 고요(Goyo, 이하 “고요”)가 제공하는 카드 던전 탐험 게임 도깨비굴(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 고요 및 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (용어의 뜻)

1. “서비스”란 각 앱 마켓과 플랫폼에서 제공되는 앱 도깨비굴을 말합니다.
2. “이용자”란 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 사람을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 적용과 변경)

1. 이 약관은 서비스의 정책 화면 또는 공개 웹페이지에 게시함으로써 적용됩니다.
2. 고요는 관계 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.
3. 약관을 변경할 때에는 적용일과 변경 이유를 적용일 7일 전부터 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.
4. 변경 내용에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 알린 기간이 지난 뒤에도 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

제4조 (이용 자격)

1. 로그인 없이 플레이할 수 있습니다. 계정을 연결하면 서버에 동기화된 영구 기록을 같은 계정으로 복구할 수 있습니다. 진행 중 탐험은 앱 완전 종료 뒤 재개되지 않습니다. 서버에 전송되지 못한 기록은 기기 변경이나 앱 삭제로 사라질 수 있습니다.
2. 다른 사람의 정보를 사용하거나, 이 약관을 위반해 이용이 제한된 적이 있거나, 부정한 방법으로 서비스 내 기록을 얻으려 한 경우에는 이용을 거절하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스의 내용)

1. 고요는 영웅 카드를 움직여 던전을 탐험하고 엽전을 모아 강화하며 이름등을 되찾는 게임을 제공합니다.
2. 고요는 서비스의 안정성·품질 개선을 위해 규칙, 난이도, 보상, 화면과 제공 기능을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.

제6조 (플랫폼 이용)

1. 이용자는 서비스를 내려받거나 실행하는 Google Play, App Store의 이용 조건도 함께 따라야 합니다.
2. 각 플랫폼의 장애, 정책 변경 또는 지원 종료로 서비스 이용이 일시적으로 제한될 수 있습니다.

제7조 (엽전과 광고 보상)

엽전은 게임 안에서 강화에 사용하는 기록이며 현금으로 교환할 수 없습니다. 기본 탐험 엽전은 광고 시청 여부와 관계없이 적립됩니다. 선택형 보상 광고의 추가 엽전은 서버의 시청 확인 뒤 적립되므로 지연될 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 엽전과 강화 기록도 삭제됩니다.

제8조 (광고 제거권과 복원)

광고 제거권은 자동 전면 광고를 제거하는 비소모성 상품입니다. 이용자가 선택하는 이어하기·보상 2배 광고는 제거 대상이 아닙니다. 가격은 구매 화면에서 확인하며 같은 스토어 계정으로 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다. 구매 취소와 환불은 결제 플랫폼의 절차를 따릅니다.

제9조 (엽전 구매와 환불)

상점 및 강화 화면의 엽전 충전에서 5,000개 또는 20,000개 엽전을 구매할 수 있습니다. 구매 엽전은 강화에 사용하며 만료되지 않습니다. 지급은 서버 구매 검증 후 처리되고 같은 거래는 한 번만 지급합니다. 환불 승인 시 해당 구매로 지급된 엽전을 회수하며 이미 소비한 경우 유료 엽전 잔액이 음수가 될 수 있습니다. 환불은 결제 플랫폼과 적용 법령에 따릅니다.

제10조 (인앱결제와 환불)

1. 이용자는 각 배포판이 지원하는 플랫폼 인앱결제로 광고 제거권 및 엽전을 구매할 수 있습니다. 결제 수단 정보와 구매 내역에는 해당 결제 플랫폼의 정책이 적용됩니다.
2. 구매한 기능은 결제 확인 즉시 적용되며, 비소모성 상품 복원을 지원하는 플랫폼에서는 같은 계정의 구매 내역을 복원할 수 있습니다.
3. 환불은 관계 법령과 결제가 이루어진 플랫폼의 정책에 따릅니다.

제11조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 자동화 도구, 매크로, 변조된 앱을 사용해 서비스를 이용하는 행위
• 서버에 직접 요청을 보내거나 앱 동작을 변경해 서비스 내 기록을 얻는 행위
• 여러 계정을 만들어 중복으로 보상을 받는 행위
• 다른 사람의 계정이나 기기를 빌려 이용하는 행위
• 서비스의 운영을 방해하거나 서버에 부담을 주는 행위
• 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 서비스의 코드·디자인·콘텐츠를 무단 복제, 배포 또는 상업적으로 이용하는 행위

제12조 (부정 이용에 대한 조치)

1. 고요는 이용자의 의무 위반이 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
2. 위반 정도가 중대한 경우 이용 자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다.
3. 조치 전에 이용자에게 알리고 의견을 제출할 기회를 줍니다. 다만 긴급히 차단해야 하는 경우에는 먼저 조치하고 즉시 알립니다.

제13조 (지식재산권)

서비스에 포함된 코드, 디자인, 문구, 이미지와 그 밖의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 고요 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 이용자에게 서비스를 개인적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적 권한만 부여합니다.

제14조 (서비스의 변경·중단·종료)

1. 점검, 장애, 천재지변, 보안 문제, 플랫폼 정책 변경 등으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 미리 알 수 있는 중단은 7일 전에 알리고, 갑작스러운 중단은 사유가 해소된 뒤 즉시 알립니다.
2. 서비스를 종료하는 경우 30일 전에 알리고 안내합니다.

제15조 (책임의 범위)

1. 고요는 고의 또는 과실 없이 발생한 플랫폼 장애, 통신 장애, 기기 고장 또는 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 이 조항은 관계 법령에 따라 고요가 부담해야 하는 책임을 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다.

제16조 (개인정보)

서비스의 개인정보 처리 내용은 도깨비굴 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

제17조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 당사자 간 협의를 우선하며, 해결되지 않는 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.
