그 여름의 근무일지 서비스 이용약관

1. 처리하는 정보

기본 이야기 플레이에는 계정 연결이 필요하지 않습니다. 구매와 광고 보상 기능에는 지원되는 Google 또는 Apple 계정을 연결합니다. 인증 제공자는 계정 식별자와 이름·이메일 등 기본 프로필을 처리할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 계정 비밀번호나 카드번호를 받지 않습니다. 게임 서버는 제공자 계정 식별자와 세션 토큰을 해시로 저장하며 이름·이메일을 게임 기록으로 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

이야기 진행, 읽은 대사와 추억, 무료 티켓·보석, 설정, 구매 계정 세션은 기기 또는 서비스가 실행되는 플랫폼의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 이야기 진행과 무료 재화 등 기기 전용 기록은 앱 삭제·데이터 초기화·기기 변경으로 사라질 수 있습니다. 구매 계정의 서버 재화·권한은 대한민국 서울의 AWS Lightsail 서버에 저장합니다. 서버 기록 복구에는 같은 구매 계정 연결이 필요하며, 이것이 기기 전용 이야기 저장의 복원을 뜻하지는 않습니다.

3. 삭제 요청과 국외 처리

구매 화면의 계정 메뉴 또는 support@sleite.com으로 계정·서버 기록 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 로그아웃과 계정 삭제는 다릅니다. 계정 삭제가 스토어 결제 취소나 환불을 자동으로 처리하지는 않습니다. Google·Apple의 인증·결제·광고 정보는 각 사업자의 미국 등 국외 시스템에서 처리될 수 있으며 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

법령이 보존 기간을 정한 정보는 그 기간 동안 분리해 보관하고, 기간이 지나면 복구할 수 없도록 삭제합니다.

6. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store가 처리합니다. 개발자 서버는 상품·거래 식별자와 구매 검증·지급·소비 기록을 구매 계정에 연결합니다. 소모성 재화는 같은 계정의 서버 잔액으로 복구하며 같은 거래를 다시 지급하지 않습니다. 배너 제거 복원에는 원래 구매한 스토어 계정과 구매 계정 연결이 필요합니다.

개인정보의 제3자 제공은 이용자의 동의 또는 법령상 근거가 있는 경우에 이루어집니다. 법령에 따라 수사기관이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에는 해당 범위의 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

Google Mobile Ads 배너와 선택형 보상 광고를 사용합니다. Google 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공·측정·부정 이용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자, IP 주소와 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 환경, 광고 요청·노출·상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 동의 안내를 제공합니다. 임의의 보상 요청 ID를 광고 SDK에 전달하고 Google의 서명된 시청 확인을 서버에서 검증합니다. Google 정책: https://policies.google.com/privacy

7. 이용자의 권리와 삭제

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 support@sleite.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱의 티켓과 보석 화면 하단에는 구매 계정 삭제 메뉴가 있습니다. 기기 전용 기록 삭제와 서버 계정 삭제는 다르며, 계정 삭제가 스토어 구매의 취소나 환불을 자동 처리하지는 않습니다. 법령이 보존을 요구하는 정보는 그 기간 동안 분리해 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

서버 통신은 HTTPS로 보호하고, 데이터베이스 접속 정보와 서명 키는 소스 코드에 두지 않고 서버 비밀 저장소에만 보관합니다. 정보에 접근할 수 있는 권한은 운영에 필요한 최소한으로 제한합니다.

9. 국외 이전

광고 제공 과정에서 이 방침에 적은 광고 관련 정보가 Google LLC(미국 및 Google이 운영하는 그 밖의 국가)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 배포·결제 과정에서 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 방침이 적용됩니다.

서비스 자체 서버는 Amazon Web Services를 통해 대한민국 서울에서 운영합니다.

관련 법령이 국외 이전에 대해 고지·동의 또는 보호조치를 요구하는 경우 이를 따릅니다.

개인정보 침해로 상담이나 신고가 필요하면 개인정보침해 신고센터(국번없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), 경찰청 사이버수사국(국번없이 182)에 연락할 수 있습니다.

11. 방침의 변경

처리 내용이 바뀌는 경우에는 해당 업데이트를 배포하기 전에 이 방침을 개정하고 시행일을 표시합니다. 적용일 7일 전부터 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.

That Summer Terms of Service

1. Information we process

Basic story play does not require sign-in. Purchases and ad rewards use a supported Google or Apple account. Providers may process identifiers and basic profile information. We do not receive account passwords or card numbers. The game server stores hashed provider identifiers and session tokens, not names or email addresses in game records.

2. Information stored on your device

Story progress, read dialogue, memories, free tickets and gems, preferences and purchase-account sessions are stored in the app's storage on your device. Device-only story progress and free currency may be lost after app deletion, data clearing or a device change. Server currency and rights are stored on AWS Lightsail in Seoul, Republic of Korea and require the same purchase account for recovery. This does not restore device-only story saves.

3. Deletion requests and international processing

Use the purchase-account menu or contact support@sleite.com to request account and server-record deletion. Logout differs from deletion. Deletion does not automatically cancel or refund store purchases. Google and Apple may process authentication, payment and advertising information in the United States and other countries under their policies.

Google and advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location, device and app information, ad requests, views, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Consent messages are provided where needed. Random reward request IDs are passed to the SDK and signed viewing confirmations are verified by our server. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. In-app purchases

Google Play or the App Store processes payments. Our server associates product and transaction identifiers, verification results, grants and spending with the purchase account. Consumables are recovered through the account balance and are not granted again for the same transaction. Banner-removal restoration requires the original store account and linked purchase account.

7. How long we keep information

We are a business registered in the Republic of Korea, so Korean law sets these retention periods. Information that a law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period and then deleted beyond recovery.

8. Sharing and processors

We share personal information with a third party only with your consent or where the law provides a basis. If an investigative authority makes a lawful request under Korean law, we may provide information within the scope of that request.

9. Your rights and deletion

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing by contacting support@sleite.com. The purchase-account deletion menu is at the bottom of the Tickets and Gems screen. Removing device-only data differs from deleting a server account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund store purchases. Information subject to legally required retention is kept separately for that period and then deleted.

10. Security measures

Traffic to our server is protected with HTTPS. Database credentials and signing keys are kept only in the server's secret store, never in source code. Access to information is limited to the minimum needed to operate the service.

11. Where your information is processed

The advertising and platform providers named in this policy operate in multiple countries. When ads are served, the ad-related information described above is processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Information processed by Apple or Google for app distribution and payment is handled under their own policies.

Our own server, which stores the records described above, is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Where the law of your country requires notice, consent, or safeguards for this kind of cross-border processing, we follow it.

12. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for ad-related storage or identifiers where consent is required — Google's privacy options screen collects it); performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping it stable); and compliance with a legal obligation.

In addition to the rights above, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

13. For users in Japan

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we use personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact below. Where personal information is provided to a third party or handled outside Japan, we follow the notice, consent, and safeguard requirements of the APPI.

15. Changes to this policy

If what we process changes, we revise this policy and show its effective date before releasing that update. We give notice from 7 days before the date it applies, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.
