Sinkhole Sweep Terms of Service

1. Information we process

Sinkhole Sweep processes the values you enter or select on screen and the resulting calculations while providing the relevant features.

2. Information stored on your device

Stage progress, music, sound effect and vibration settings, and ad interval information are stored in the app's storage on your device. These records are stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data, or change device. The developer does not keep a server copy of these game records.

Versions that serve ads may use banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. Device and app environment information, advertising identifiers, and ad request, impression and interaction information may be processed in the systems of advertising providers and platforms to serve ads, control frequency, measure performance and prevent abuse. The relevant providers’ privacy policies apply. The development web preview displays simulated ads instead of real ads.

5. In-app purchases

Remove Ads is purchased through Google Play or the App Store, depending on the version you installed. The payment platform’s policies apply to payment method information. The app checks the purchase history of the same platform account to remove the bottom banner and automatic interstitial ads. On Android, the product ID and purchase token are sent over HTTPS to the developer’s purchase verification server, which checks the purchase status with Google Play. The purchase token and query results are used only to process the request and are not retained in a separate database. On iOS, StoreKit verifies purchases and restores. The developer does not receive payment method information such as card numbers.

6. Your rights and deletion

You can remove the information held on your device by deleting the app or clearing its app data. Deleted app data cannot be recovered.

7. Where your information is processed

The advertising and platform providers named in this policy operate in multiple countries. When ads are served, the ad-related information described above is processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Information processed by Apple or Google for app distribution and payment is handled under their own policies.

Where the law of your country requires notice, consent, or safeguards for this kind of cross-border processing, we follow it.

8. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for ad-related storage or identifiers where consent is required — Google's privacy options screen collects it); performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping it stable); and compliance with a legal obligation.

In addition to the rights above, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

9. For users in Japan

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we use personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact below. Where personal information is provided to a third party or handled outside Japan, we follow the notice, consent, and safeguard requirements of the APPI.

11. Changes to this policy

If what we process changes, we revise this policy and show its effective date before releasing that update. We give notice from 7 days before the date it applies, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.

1. 처리하는 정보

Sinkhole Sweep는 이용자가 화면에서 입력하거나 선택한 값과 계산 결과를 해당 기능을 제공하는 동안 처리합니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

스테이지 진행도와 배경음악·효과음·진동 설정, 광고 노출 간격 정보는 기기 또는 서비스가 실행되는 플랫폼의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 이 정보의 처리는 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.

4. 광고 정보 처리와 위탁

광고가 제공되는 배포판에서는 배너형·전면형·보상형 광고를 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 제공, 빈도 조절, 성과 측정과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 기기·앱 환경 정보, 광고 식별자, 광고 요청·노출·상호작용 정보가 광고 사업자와 플랫폼의 시스템에서 처리될 수 있으며 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 개발용 웹 미리보기는 실제 광고 대신 모의 광고를 표시합니다.

5. 인앱결제 정보 처리

광고 제거권 구매는 이용자가 설치한 배포판의 Google Play 또는 App Store 결제로 이루어집니다. 결제 수단 정보에는 해당 결제 플랫폼의 방침이 적용됩니다. 앱은 같은 플랫폼 계정의 구매 내역을 확인해 하단 배너와 자동 전면 광고를 제거합니다. Android에서는 상품 ID와 구매 토큰을 HTTPS로 개발자의 구매 검증 서버에 전송하고, 서버가 Google Play에 구매 상태를 조회합니다. 구매 토큰과 조회 결과는 요청 처리에만 사용하며 별도 데이터베이스에 보관하지 않습니다. iOS에서는 StoreKit으로 구매와 복원을 확인합니다. 개발자는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 삭제

이용자는 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 해당 플랫폼의 저장 환경을 초기화하여 로컬 정보를 지울 수 있습니다. 삭제된 앱 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

7. 국외 이전

광고 제공 과정에서 이 방침에 적은 광고 관련 정보가 Google LLC(미국 및 Google이 운영하는 그 밖의 국가)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 배포·결제 과정에서 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 방침이 적용됩니다.

관련 법령이 국외 이전에 대해 고지·동의 또는 보호조치를 요구하는 경우 이를 따릅니다.

9. 방침의 변경

처리 내용이 바뀌는 경우에는 해당 업데이트를 배포하기 전에 이 방침을 개정하고 시행일을 표시합니다. 적용일 7일 전부터 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.
