Postmark Lane Terms of Service

1. Information we process

Postmark Lane does not ask for your name, contact details, or account information. Game progress and results are processed on your device. We do not collect your game records on our own server, but the information described below may be processed in the advertising provider's systems when ads are served.

2. Information stored on your device

Your current game, best score, total deliveries, stamps and refill time, rewarded-ad claim count, settings, and first-run guide status are stored in the app's storage on your device. These records remain on your device and may be lost if you delete the app, clear its data, or change device. We do not keep a server copy and cannot recover deleted progress.

3. External transmission and device permissions

We do not use separate analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and do not send game records to our own server. Advertising-related processing is described in the advertising section.

We do not request permission to access sensitive information such as contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone. On supported devices, vibration may provide game feedback without reading or transmitting personal information.

Postmark Lane uses rewarded and interstitial ads from Google Mobile Ads. To serve ads, control frequency, measure performance, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse, Google and its advertising partners may process approximate location inferred from an IP address, device and app environment information, device identifiers, ad request, impression and interaction data, and crash, diagnostic and performance information. Device identifiers may be used for tracking for third-party advertising and analytics. Where required, Google's privacy options screen is available in the app. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or directly read the IDFA, but other device identifiers may be processed according to the SDK and your consent choices.

6. In-app purchases

You can buy Unlimited Pass through the payment system of the store you installed the app from. Your payment details and purchase history are handled under that store's policies. The app only checks whether the purchase exists so it can apply or restore what you bought.

7. Your rights and deletion

You can remove the information held on your device by deleting the app or clearing its app data. Deleted app data cannot be recovered.

8. Where your information is processed

The advertising and platform providers named in this policy operate in multiple countries. When ads are served, the ad-related information described above is processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Information processed by Apple or Google for app distribution and payment is handled under their own policies.

Where the law of your country requires notice, consent, or safeguards for this kind of cross-border processing, we follow it.

9. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for ad-related storage or identifiers where consent is required — Google's privacy options screen collects it); performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping it stable); and compliance with a legal obligation.

In addition to the rights above, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

10. For users in Japan

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we use personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact below. Where personal information is provided to a third party or handled outside Japan, we follow the notice, consent, and safeguard requirements of the APPI.

1. 처리하는 정보

골목 우체부는 이름, 연락처나 계정 정보를 요구하지 않으며 게임 진행과 결과 계산을 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 개발자는 게임 이용 기록을 자체 서버로 수집하지 않지만, 광고 제공 과정에서는 아래에 설명한 정보가 광고 제공자의 시스템에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

진행 중인 판, 최고 점수, 누적 배송, 우표와 회복 시각, 광고 보상 횟수, 설정과 최초 실행 안내 완료 상태는 기기의 앱 데이터 저장소에 저장됩니다. 이 정보의 처리는 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.

연락처, 위치, 사진, 카메라와 마이크 등 민감한 정보에 접근하는 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 지원되는 기기에서는 진동 기능으로 게임 상황에 대한 터치 피드백을 제공할 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 개인정보를 읽거나 전송하지 않습니다.

App Store판은 Google Mobile Ads의 보상형 광고와 전면 광고를 사용합니다. 광고 제공, 빈도 조절, 성과 측정, 오류 진단과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 환경 정보, 기기 식별자, 광고 요청·노출·상호작용 정보와 충돌·진단·성능 정보가 Google 및 광고 파트너의 시스템에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 중 기기 식별자는 타사 광고와 분석을 위한 추적에 사용될 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 Google의 개인정보 선택 화면을 제공합니다. 앱 코드는 앱 추적 투명성 권한을 요청하거나 IDFA를 직접 읽지 않지만, Google Mobile Ads가 처리하는 다른 기기 식별자는 해당 SDK와 이용자의 동의 선택에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다.

무제한 패스 구매는 App Store 결제로 이루어집니다. 결제 수단 정보와 구매 내역에는 Apple의 방침이 적용되며, 앱은 구매 여부를 확인해 우표 무제한과 광고 제거 혜택을 적용하거나 복원합니다.

이용자는 iPhone에서 골목 우체부 앱을 삭제하여 로컬 정보를 지울 수 있습니다. 삭제된 앱 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

광고 제공 과정에서 이 방침에 적은 광고 관련 정보가 Google LLC(미국 및 Google이 운영하는 그 밖의 국가)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 배포·결제 과정에서 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 방침이 적용됩니다.

관련 법령이 국외 이전에 대해 고지·동의 또는 보호조치를 요구하는 경우 이를 따릅니다.

1. 取り扱う情報

ポストマーク・レーンは氏名、連絡先、アカウント情報を要求しません。ゲームの進行と結果は端末内で処理し、当社のサーバーではゲーム記録を収集しません。ただし、広告が表示される際には、以下の情報が広告提供者のシステムで処理される場合があります。

2. 端末に保存される情報

プレイ中のゲーム、最高スコア、配達数、切手と回復時刻、広告報酬の受取回数、設定、初回ガイドの完了状態は、お客様の端末内にあるアプリの保存領域に保存されます。これらの記録は端末内にのみ残り、アプリの削除、データの消去、端末の変更により失われる場合があります。当社はサーバーに写しを保管しないため、削除された進行を復元できません。

3. 外部送信と端末の権限

当社は独自の分析SDKやクラッシュレポートSDKを使用せず、ゲーム記録を当社のサーバーへ送信しません。広告に関する処理は、広告に関する項目に従います。

ポストマーク・レーンはGoogle Mobile Adsのリワード広告とインタースティシャル広告を使用します。リワード広告は、切手を1枚受け取るため、またはゲームオーバー時に1プレイにつき1回、切手を使わずに盤面中央の2行と2列を消してゲームを続けるために、任意で視聴できます。広告配信、頻度調整、成果測定、エラー診断、不正利用防止のため、IPアドレスから推定される大まかな位置、端末・アプリ環境情報、端末識別子、広告のリクエスト・表示・操作情報、クラッシュ・診断・パフォーマンス情報がGoogleおよび広告パートナーにより処理される場合があります。端末識別子は、第三者広告および分析を目的としたトラッキングに使用される場合があります。必要な地域ではGoogleのプライバシー選択画面を提供します。本アプリはApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可を要求せず、IDFAを直接読み取りませんが、その他の端末識別子はSDKとお客様の同意の選択に従って処理される場合があります。

無制限パスは、アプリをインストールしたストアの決済システムを通じて購入できます。決済情報および購入履歴は、当該ストアのポリシーに従って取り扱われます。本アプリは、購入した内容を反映または復元するために、購入の有無を確認するだけです。

本ポリシーに記載する広告およびプラットフォームの提供者は、複数の国で事業を行っています。広告が配信される際、上記の広告関連情報は、米国およびGoogleが事業を行うその他の国において Google LLC により処理されます。アプリの配信および決済のために Apple または Google が取り扱う情報は、各社自身のポリシーに従います。

お客様の国の法令が、このような国境を越えた処理について通知・同意・保護措置を求める場合、当社はこれに従います。

2. Auf Ihrem Gerät gespeicherte Informationen

Ihre laufende Partie, Bestpunktzahl, Gesamtzahl der Zustellungen, Briefmarken und Auffüllzeit, Anzahl der Werbeprämien, Einstellungen und Status der Einführung werden im Speicher der App auf Ihrem Gerät abgelegt. Zur Auslieferung, Häufigkeitssteuerung, Leistungsmessung, Fehlerdiagnose und Missbrauchsabwehr können Google und seine Werbepartner den aus der IP-Adresse abgeleiteten ungefähren Standort, Geräte- und App-Umgebungsdaten, Gerätekennungen, Anfrage-, Einblendungs- und Interaktionsdaten der Werbung sowie Absturz-, Diagnose- und Leistungsdaten verarbeiten.
