Dokkaebi Dungeon Terms of Service

1. Information we process

You can play without signing in. Android supports Google sign-in; iOS supports Apple or Google. Authentication providers may process account identifiers, names and email addresses. We do not receive your password. Our game server hashes provider identifiers and does not store names or email addresses in game records.

2. Information stored on your device

Progress copies, pending synchronization, sign-in sessions, audio and display preferences, and advertising intervals are stored in the app's storage on your device. Synchronized permanent records are stored on AWS Lightsail in Seoul, Republic of Korea and can be recovered with the same game account. Unsynchronized and guest records may be lost after deletion or a device change. An active dungeon run is kept in memory and is not resumed after the app fully closes.

3. Delete your account

Open Settings → Account / record recovery → Delete account. This permanently removes server progress, coins and upgrades. Logout does not delete your server account. Deleting a game account does not cancel or refund store purchases. Contact support@sleite.com for requests.

Google and advertising partners may process IP-derived approximate location, device identifiers, app interactions, ad views and interactions, crash, performance and other diagnostic data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Consent choices are offered where required and can be revisited in Settings. Signed reward callbacks use random request identifiers. Google sign-in may also process usage and device information to operate and improve authentication. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. In-app purchases

Google Play or the App Store handles payment; we do not receive card numbers. Our server associates product and transaction identifiers, verification results, grants, spending and refunds with the game account to prevent duplicate grants and restore rights. Purchased coins are recovered through the same game account, not regranted by restoring consumable purchases. Restoring Remove Ads requires the original store account and a linked game account.

7. How long we keep information

We are a business registered in the Republic of Korea, so Korean law sets these retention periods. Information that a law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period and then deleted beyond recovery.

8. Sharing and processors

We share personal information with a third party only with your consent or where the law provides a basis. If an investigative authority makes a lawful request under Korean law, we may provide information within the scope of that request.

9. Your rights and deletion

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop us processing it. Send your request to the contact address below and we will act on it and reply within 10 days.

You can also delete the server account yourself from the app's Settings screen at any time. Information that a law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period and then deleted.

10. Security measures

Traffic to our server is protected with HTTPS. Database credentials and signing keys are kept only in the server's secret store, never in source code. Access to information is limited to the minimum needed to operate the service.

11. Where your information is processed

The advertising and platform providers named in this policy operate in multiple countries. When ads are served, the ad-related information described above is processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Information processed by Apple or Google for app distribution and payment is handled under their own policies.

Our own server, which stores the records described above, is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Where the law of your country requires notice, consent, or safeguards for this kind of cross-border processing, we follow it.

12. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for ad-related storage or identifiers where consent is required — Google's privacy options screen collects it); performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping it stable); and compliance with a legal obligation.

In addition to the rights above, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

13. For users in Japan

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we use personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact below. Where personal information is provided to a third party or handled outside Japan, we follow the notice, consent, and safeguard requirements of the APPI.

15. Changes to this policy

If what we process changes, we revise this policy and show its effective date before releasing that update. We give notice from 7 days before the date it applies, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.

도깨비굴 서비스 이용약관

1. 처리하는 정보

로그인 없이 플레이할 수 있습니다. Android에서는 Google, iOS에서는 Apple 또는 Google 계정을 선택하여 연결할 수 있습니다. 인증 제공자는 계정 식별 정보와 이름·이메일 등 기본 프로필을 처리할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 계정 비밀번호를 받지 않으며 서버에서는 계정 식별자를 해시 처리하고 이름·이메일을 게임 기록으로 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

영구 진행 기록의 기기 사본, 미전송 동기화 작업, 로그인 세션, 음향·화면 설정 및 광고 간격 정보는 기기 또는 서비스가 실행되는 플랫폼의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 로그인한 계정에서 동기화된 영구 기록은 AWS Lightsail의 대한민국 서울 서버에 보관하며 같은 계정으로 복구할 수 있습니다. 로그인 전 기록이나 서버로 전송되지 못한 기록은 앱 삭제·기기 변경으로 사라질 수 있습니다. 진행 중인 탐험 판은 메모리에서만 처리하며 앱을 완전히 종료하면 복구되지 않습니다.

3. 계정 삭제와 복구 범위

마을의 설정 → 계정·기록 복구 → 계정 삭제에서 서버의 계정과 영구 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 엽전과 강화 등 서버 기록을 제거하며 복구할 수 없습니다. 로그아웃은 서버 계정 삭제와 다릅니다. 게임 계정 삭제만으로 스토어 구매가 취소되거나 환불되지는 않습니다. 문의와 삭제 요청은 support@sleite.com으로 보낼 수 있습니다.

4. 광고 사업자의 국외 처리

광고 관련 정보는 Google LLC의 미국 및 Google이 운영하는 다른 국가의 시스템에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 계정 인증·결제 정보에는 해당 Google 또는 Apple 정책이 적용됩니다.

Google Play 또는 App Store가 결제를 처리하며 개발자는 카드번호를 받지 않습니다. 서버는 상품·거래 식별자, 구매 검증 정보, 지급·소비·환불 기록을 계정에 연결하여 중복 지급 방지와 권리 복원에 사용합니다. 구매한 엽전은 같은 게임 계정의 서버 기록으로 복구하며 소모성 상품 자체를 스토어 복원으로 다시 지급하지 않습니다. 광고 제거권 복원에는 원래 구매한 스토어 계정과 게임 계정 연결이 필요합니다.

개인정보의 제3자 제공은 이용자의 동의 또는 법령상 근거가 있는 경우에 이루어집니다. 법령에 따라 수사기관이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에는 해당 범위의 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

Google Mobile Ads의 전면형·선택형 보상 광고를 사용합니다. 광고 제공, 빈도 조절, 성과 측정과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자, 기기·앱 환경 정보, IP 주소, 광고 요청·노출·상호작용 정보가 Google과 광고 파트너의 시스템에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 Google의 개인정보 선택 화면을 제공하며, 앱 설정에서 제공되는 광고 개인정보 설정으로 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 보상 2배 요청에는 임의의 요청 식별자를 광고 SDK에 전달하고, Google이 서명한 시청 확인 정보와 거래 ID를 개발자 서버에서 검증해 중복 지급을 방지합니다. 8. 이용자의 권리와 삭제

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처로 보내 주시면 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

서버 통신은 HTTPS로 보호하고, 데이터베이스 접속 정보와 서명 키는 소스 코드에 두지 않고 서버 비밀 저장소에만 보관합니다. 정보에 접근할 수 있는 권한은 운영에 필요한 최소한으로 제한합니다.

광고 제공 과정에서 이 방침에 적은 광고 관련 정보가 Google LLC(미국 및 Google이 운영하는 그 밖의 국가)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 배포·결제 과정에서 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 방침이 적용됩니다.

서비스 자체 서버는 Amazon Web Services를 통해 대한민국 서울에서 운영합니다.

관련 법령이 국외 이전에 대해 고지·동의 또는 보호조치를 요구하는 경우 이를 따릅니다.

12. 방침의 변경

처리 내용이 바뀌는 경우에는 해당 업데이트를 배포하기 전에 이 방침을 개정하고 시행일을 표시합니다. 적용일 7일 전부터 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.
