Bead Gallery Terms of Service

1. Information we process

Bead Gallery can be used straight away without signing in. If you choose to connect an Apple account in Settings on the App Store edition, we take the stable user identifier Apple issues, process it with HMAC on our server, and use the result to tell accounts apart. We do not ask for or store your name or email address.

2. Information stored on your device

Your hearts and their refill time, daily gift records, sound and vibration settings, completed artworks, recent play records, and whether the Unlimited Pass is active are stored in the app's storage on your device. Records made while you are not signed in stay on your device. If you connect an Apple account, a copy of your completed artworks, level, best records, hearts, and daily gift records is also stored on our server. Whether you hold the Unlimited Pass is checked against your StoreKit purchase history, not against the progress stored on our server.

3. Connecting and deleting an Apple account

Connecting an Apple account is something you start yourself, from Settings in the App Store edition. The Apple identity token and authorization code are used to verify the account, and the Apple refresh token is stored encrypted on our server. We do not ask for your name or email address.

If you sign out, the records on our server stay, and so do the records on this device. If you delete the account, we revoke the Apple token and delete the account and the progress stored on our server; the records on this device stay.

5. Advertising

Bead Gallery shows ads through Google Mobile Ads. To serve ads, control how often they appear, measure their performance, and prevent abuse, ad request, impression, and interaction data along with device and app environment information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners. Where it is required, Google's privacy options screen is available in the app. We do not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and we do not request the advertising identifier for tracking.

6. In-app purchases

You can buy Unlimited Pass through the payment system of the store you installed the app from. Your payment details and purchase history are handled under that store's policies. The app only checks whether the purchase exists so it can apply or restore what you bought.

7. How long we keep information

We are a business registered in the Republic of Korea, so Korean law sets these retention periods. Information that a law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period and then deleted beyond recovery.

8. Sharing and processors

We share personal information with a third party only with your consent or where the law provides a basis. If an investigative authority makes a lawful request under Korean law, we may provide information within the scope of that request.

9. Your rights and deletion

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop us processing it. Send your request to the contact address below and we will act on it and reply within 10 days.

You can also delete the server account yourself from the app's Settings screen at any time. Information that a law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period and then deleted.

10. Security measures

Traffic to our server is protected with HTTPS. Database credentials and signing keys are kept only in the server's secret store, never in source code. Access to information is limited to the minimum needed to operate the service.

11. Where your information is processed

The advertising and platform providers named in this policy operate in multiple countries. When ads are served, the ad-related information described above is processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Information processed by Apple or Google for app distribution and payment is handled under their own policies.

Our own server, which stores the records described above, is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Where the law of your country requires notice, consent, or safeguards for this kind of cross-border processing, we follow it.

12. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for ad-related storage or identifiers where consent is required — Google's privacy options screen collects it); performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping it stable); and compliance with a legal obligation.

In addition to the rights above, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

13. For users in Japan

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we use personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact below. Where personal information is provided to a third party or handled outside Japan, we follow the notice, consent, and safeguard requirements of the APPI.

14. Minimum age

Bead Gallery is for people aged 13 and over. The Service is not directed to children below that age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

16. Changes to this policy

If what we process changes, we revise this policy and show its effective date before releasing that update. We give notice from 7 days before the date it applies, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.

비즈 미술관 서비스 이용약관

1. 처리하는 정보

비즈 미술관은 로그인 없이 바로 이용할 수 있습니다. App Store판에서 이용자가 설정의 Apple 계정 연결을 선택하면, Apple이 발급한 고정 사용자 식별자를 서버에서 HMAC 처리해 계정을 구분합니다. 이름과 이메일은 요청하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

하트와 회복 시각, 출석 기록, 설정, 완료한 작품과 최근 플레이 기록, 무제한 이용권 적용 상태는 기기 또는 서비스가 실행되는 플랫폼의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 로그인하지 않은 기록은 기기 안에서만 처리합니다. App Store판에서 Apple 계정을 연결한 경우 완료 작품, 레벨, 최고 기록, 하트와 출석 기록의 사본을 개발자 서버에도 저장합니다. 무제한 이용권 권리는 서버 진행 기록이 아니라 StoreKit 구매 내역을 기준으로 확인합니다.

3. Apple 계정 연결과 삭제

Apple 계정 연결은 App Store판 설정에서 이용자가 직접 시작합니다. Apple identity token과 authorization code는 계정 검증에 사용하며, Apple refresh token은 서버에서 암호화해 보관합니다. 이름과 이메일은 요청하지 않습니다.

로그아웃하면 서버 기록은 유지되고 이 기기의 로컬 기록도 남습니다. 계정 삭제를 선택하면 Apple 연결 토큰을 폐기하고 서버에 저장된 계정과 진행 기록을 삭제하며, 이 기기의 로컬 기록은 유지됩니다.

무제한 이용권 구매는 이용자가 설치하거나 실행한 배포판이 지원하는 플랫폼 결제로 이루어집니다. 결제 수단 정보와 구매 내역에는 Google Play, ONE store, Apple App Store 또는 Apps-in-Toss 등 해당 결제 플랫폼의 방침이 적용되며, 앱은 구매 여부를 확인해 구매한 기능을 적용하거나 복원합니다.

개인정보의 제3자 제공은 이용자의 동의 또는 법령상 근거가 있는 경우에 이루어집니다. 법령에 따라 수사기관이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에는 해당 범위의 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

광고는 Apps-in-Toss 통합 광고를 통해 노출되며, 그 과정에서 광고 사업자가 처리하는 정보에는 해당 사업자와 플랫폼의 방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 삭제

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 문의처로 보내 주시면 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

정보를 삭제하면 남아 있는 비즈 조각도 함께 사라지며 복구할 수 없습니다. 법령이 보존을 요구하는 항목은 그 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 삭제됩니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

서버 통신은 HTTPS로 보호하고, 데이터베이스 접속 정보와 서명 키는 소스 코드에 두지 않고 서버 비밀 저장소에만 보관합니다. 정보에 접근할 수 있는 권한은 운영에 필요한 최소한으로 제한합니다.

9. 국외 이전

광고 제공 과정에서 이 방침에 적은 광고 관련 정보가 Google LLC(미국 및 Google이 운영하는 그 밖의 국가)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 배포·결제 과정에서 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 방침이 적용됩니다.

서비스 자체 서버는 Amazon Web Services를 통해 대한민국 서울에서 운영합니다.

관련 법령이 국외 이전에 대해 고지·동의 또는 보호조치를 요구하는 경우 이를 따릅니다.

10. 이용 연령

비즈 미술관은 만 13세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 그 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 인지하고 수집하지 않습니다.

개인정보 침해로 상담이나 신고가 필요하면 개인정보침해 신고센터(국번없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), 경찰청 사이버수사국(국번없이 182)에 연락할 수 있습니다.

12. 방침의 변경

처리 내용이 바뀌는 경우에는 해당 업데이트를 배포하기 전에 이 방침을 개정하고 시행일을 표시합니다. 적용일 7일 전부터 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.

ビーズギャラリー 利用規約

1. 取り扱う情報

ビーズギャラリーはログインなしですぐにご利用いただけます。App Store版の設定でAppleアカウントの連携を選んだ場合、Appleが発行する固定のユーザー識別子をサーバーでHMAC処理し、その結果をアカウントの区別に使用します。氏名とメールアドレスは要求も保存もしません。

2. 端末に保存される情報

ハートと回復時刻、毎日のプレゼントの記録、音と振動の設定、完成した作品、最近のプレイ記録、無制限パスの適用状態は、お客様の端末内にあるアプリの保存領域に保存されます。ログインしていない状態の記録は端末の中だけに残ります。Appleアカウントを連携した場合、完成した作品、レベル、最高記録、ハート、毎日のプレゼントの記録の写しを当社のサーバーにも保存します。無制限パスを保有しているかどうかは、サーバーに保存された進行記録ではなくStoreKitの購入履歴を基準に確認します。

3. Appleアカウントの連携と削除

Appleアカウントの連携は、App Store版の設定から利用者ご自身で開始します。Apple identity tokenとauthorization codeはアカウントの検証に使用し、Apple refresh tokenは当社のサーバーで暗号化して保管します。氏名とメールアドレスは要求しません。

ログアウトしても、当社のサーバーの記録は残り、この端末の記録も残ります。アカウントを削除すると、Appleのトークンを破棄し、サーバーに保存されたアカウントと進行記録を削除します。この端末の記録は残ります。

ビーズギャラリーはGoogle Mobile Adsを通じて広告を表示します。広告の配信、表示頻度の調整、成果測定と不正利用の防止のために、広告のリクエスト・表示・操作の情報と端末・アプリ環境の情報が、Googleおよびその広告パートナーによって処理される場合があります。必要な地域では、Googleのプライバシー選択画面をアプリ内で提供します。当社はApp Tracking Transparencyの許可を求めず、トラッキングのための広告識別子も要求しません。

6. アプリ内課金

無制限パスは、アプリをインストールしたストアの決済システムを通じて購入できます。決済情報および購入履歴は、当該ストアのポリシーに従って取り扱われます。本アプリは、購入した内容を反映または復元するために、購入の有無を確認するだけです。

7. 情報の保有期間

当社は大韓民国で登録された事業者であるため、これらの保有期間は韓国の法令によって定められています。法令により保管が義務づけられている情報は、その期間中は分離して保管し、期間の経過後は復元できない方法で削除します。

8. 第三者提供および処理の委託

当社は、お客様の同意がある場合、または法令に根拠がある場合に限り、個人情報を第三者に提供します。捜査機関が韓国の法令に基づいて適法に要請した場合には、その要請の範囲内で情報を提供することがあります。

9. 利用者の権利と削除

お客様は、ご自身の情報の閲覧・訂正・削除、または処理の停止を請求できます。下記のお問い合わせ先にご請求いただければ、10日以内に対応し、ご回答します。

また、アプリの設定画面からいつでもご自身でサーバーアカウントを削除できます。法令により保管が義務づけられている情報は、その期間中は分離して保管したうえで削除します。

10. 安全性確保の措置

当社サーバーとの通信はHTTPSで保護しています。データベースの接続情報および署名鍵は、ソースコードには置かず、サーバーの秘密情報保管領域にのみ保管します。情報へのアクセスは、サービスの運営に必要な最小限に制限しています。

本ポリシーに記載する広告およびプラットフォームの提供者は、複数の国で事業を行っています。広告が配信される際、上記の広告関連情報は、米国およびGoogleが事業を行うその他の国において Google LLC により処理されます。アプリの配信および決済のために Apple または Google が取り扱う情報は、各社自身のポリシーに従います。

上記の記録を保存する当社のサーバーは、大韓民国ソウルの Amazon Web Services にホスティングされています。

お客様の国の法令が、このような国境を越えた処理について通知・同意・保護措置を求める場合、当社はこれに従います。

12. EEA・英国・スイスの利用者の方へ

GDPRまたはこれに相当する法令が適用される場合、当社は次の法的根拠に基づいて個人情報を処理します。お客様の同意（同意が必要とされる広告関連の保存または識別子について。Googleのプライバシーオプション画面で取得します）、契約の履行（お客様が求める本サービスの提供）、当社の正当な利益（本サービスの安全確保、不正利用および濫用の防止、安定した運営）、および法的義務の遵守です。

上記の権利に加えて、お客様は、処理の制限を求めること、正当な利益に基づく処理に異議を申し立てること、およびお客様が提供した情報を移行可能な形式で受け取ることができます。同意に基づいて処理している場合、お客様はいつでも同意を撤回できます。撤回前に行われた処理の適法性は影響を受けません。

また、お客様の国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てることができます。

13. 日本の利用者の方へ

個人情報の保護に関する法律（APPI）が適用される場合、当社は本ポリシーに定める利用目的の範囲内で個人情報を利用します。お客様は、下記のお問い合わせ先を通じて、当社が保有するお客様の個人情報の開示・訂正・利用の停止・削除を請求できます。個人情報を第三者に提供する場合、または日本国外で取り扱う場合には、APPIが定める通知・同意・保護措置の要件に従います。

ビーズギャラリーは13以上の方を対象としています。本サービスはその年齢に満たないお子様に向けたものではなく、当社が知りながらお子様の個人情報を収集することはありません。

個人情報の取り扱いに関するご質問、および権利行使のご請求は、support@sleite.comまでお送りください。

16. 本ポリシーの変更

取り扱う情報の内容が変わる場合、当社は本ポリシーを改定し、その更新版を公開する前に施行日を明示します。適用日の7日前から、お客様に不利となる重要な変更については30日前から告知します。

珠子美術館 服務條款

1. 我們處理的資訊

珠子美術館不需登入即可直接使用。若您在 App Store 版的設定中選擇連結 Apple 帳號，我們會將 Apple 發給的固定使用者識別碼在伺服器上以 HMAC 處理，並用處理後的值來區分帳號。我們不會索取或儲存您的姓名與電子郵件地址。

2. 儲存於您裝置上的資訊

愛心與回復時間、每日禮物紀錄、聲音與震動設定、完成的作品、最近的遊玩紀錄，以及無限通行證是否啟用儲存在您裝置上的應用程式儲存空間中。未登入時產生的紀錄只會留在您的裝置上。若您連結 Apple 帳號，完成的作品、等級、最佳紀錄、愛心與每日禮物紀錄的副本也會儲存在我們的伺服器。您是否持有無限通行證，是以 StoreKit 的購買紀錄為準，而非以伺服器上儲存的進度為準。

3. 連結與刪除 Apple 帳號

連結 Apple 帳號由您自己在 App Store 版的設定中發起。Apple identity token 與 authorization code 用於驗證帳號，Apple refresh token 則會在我們的伺服器上加密保存。我們不會索取您的姓名與電子郵件地址。

登出後，我們伺服器上的紀錄會保留，這台裝置上的紀錄也會保留。若您刪除帳號，我們會撤銷 Apple 權杖，並刪除伺服器上儲存的帳號與進度；這台裝置上的紀錄仍會保留。

珠子美術館透過 Google Mobile Ads 顯示廣告。為了投放廣告、控制顯示頻率、衡量成效並防止濫用，廣告的請求、曝光與互動資料，以及裝置與應用程式環境資訊，可能會由 Google 及其廣告合作夥伴處理。在有需要的地區，App 內會提供 Google 的隱私選項畫面。我們不會要求 App Tracking Transparency 權限，也不會為了追蹤而索取廣告識別碼。

6. 應用程式內購買

您可以透過安裝本應用程式之商店的付款系統購買無限通行證。您的付款資料與購買紀錄依該商店的政策處理。本應用程式僅確認購買是否存在，以便套用或還原您所購買的內容。

7. 資訊的保存期間

我們是在大韓民國登記的事業者，因此上述保存期間依韓國法令訂定。法令要求保存的資訊，會在該期間內分開保管，期間屆滿後即以無法還原的方式刪除。

8. 提供第三方與受託處理

我們僅在取得您的同意或法令有依據時，才會將個人資料提供給第三方。若偵查機關依韓國法令提出合法請求，我們可能在該請求的範圍內提供資訊。

9. 您的權利與資料刪除

您可以要求查閱、更正或刪除您的資訊，或要求停止處理。請將您的請求寄至下方的聯絡方式，我們會在 10 日內處理並回覆。

您也可以隨時在應用程式的設定畫面自行刪除伺服器帳號。法令要求保存的資訊，會在該期間內分開保管，期間屆滿後再行刪除。

10. 安全維護措施

與我們伺服器之間的傳輸以 HTTPS 保護。資料庫憑證與簽署金鑰僅保存在伺服器的機密儲存區，不會放在原始碼中。對資訊的存取權限，限於營運本服務所需的最小範圍。

11. 資訊的處理地點

本政策所列的廣告與平台提供者在多個國家營運。放送廣告時，上述廣告相關資訊會由 Google LLC 在美國及 Google 營運的其他國家處理。Apple 或 Google 為了應用程式發布與付款所處理的資訊，適用其自身的政策。

儲存上述紀錄的我方伺服器，代管於大韓民國首爾的 Amazon Web Services。

若您所在國家的法令就此類跨境處理要求告知、同意或保護措施，我們將依其規定辦理。

12. 致歐洲經濟區、英國及瑞士的使用者

在適用 GDPR 或同等法令的情況下，我們依下列法律依據處理個人資料：您的同意（在需要同意的廣告相關儲存或識別碼方面，由 Google 的隱私權選項畫面取得）、履行契約（提供您所要求的本服務）、我們的正當利益（維護本服務的安全、防範詐欺與濫用並維持穩定運作），以及遵守法律義務。

除上述權利外，您還可以要求限制處理、對基於正當利益的處理提出反對，並以可攜格式取得您所提供資訊的副本。若處理是基於同意，您可以隨時撤回同意，且不影響撤回前處理行為的合法性。

您也可以向所在國家的個人資料保護監督機關提出申訴。

13. 致日本的使用者

在適用個人資料保護法（APPI）的情況下，我們會在本政策所述目的範圍內使用個人資料。您可以透過下方的聯絡方式，要求我們揭露、更正、停止使用或刪除我們所保有的您的個人資料。將個人資料提供給第三方或在日本境外處理時，我們會遵守 APPI 關於告知、同意及保護措施的要求。

14. 適用年齡

珠子美術館適用於13以上的使用者。本服務並非針對未達該年齡的兒童，我們也不會在知情的情況下蒐集其個人資料。

16. 本政策的變更

1. Información que tratamos

Bead Gallery se puede usar de inmediato sin iniciar sesión. Si elige conectar una cuenta de Apple en los Ajustes de la edición de App Store, tomamos el identificador de usuario estable que emite Apple, lo procesamos con HMAC en nuestro servidor y usamos el resultado para distinguir las cuentas. No solicitamos ni almacenamos su nombre ni su dirección de correo electrónico.

2. Información almacenada en su dispositivo

Sus corazones y su hora de recarga, el registro del regalo diario, los ajustes de sonido y vibración, las obras completadas, los registros de partidas recientes y si el Pase ilimitado está activo se almacenan en el almacenamiento de la aplicación en su dispositivo. Los registros creados mientras no ha iniciado sesión permanecen en su dispositivo. Si conecta una cuenta de Apple, también se guarda en nuestro servidor una copia de sus obras completadas, su nivel, sus mejores registros, sus corazones y el registro del regalo diario. Si dispone del Pase ilimitado se comprueba con su historial de compras de StoreKit, no con el progreso guardado en nuestro servidor.

3. Conexión y eliminación de una cuenta de Apple

La conexión de una cuenta de Apple la inicia usted mismo, desde los Ajustes de la edición de App Store. El identity token y el authorization code de Apple se usan para verificar la cuenta, y el refresh token de Apple se guarda cifrado en nuestro servidor. No solicitamos su nombre ni su dirección de correo electrónico.

Si cierra sesión, los registros de nuestro servidor se mantienen, y los de este dispositivo también. Si elimina la cuenta, revocamos el token de Apple y borramos la cuenta y el progreso guardados en nuestro servidor; los registros de este dispositivo se mantienen.

5. Publicidad

Bead Gallery muestra anuncios a través de Google Mobile Ads. Para publicar anuncios, controlar la frecuencia con la que aparecen, medir su rendimiento y prevenir el uso fraudulento, los datos de solicitud, impresión e interacción de los anuncios, junto con la información del entorno del dispositivo y de la aplicación, pueden ser tratados por Google y sus socios publicitarios. Donde es obligatorio, la pantalla de opciones de privacidad de Google está disponible en la aplicación. No solicitamos el permiso de App Tracking Transparency ni pedimos el identificador de publicidad para el seguimiento.

6. Compras dentro de la aplicación

Puede comprar Pase ilimitado a través del sistema de pago de la tienda desde la que instaló la aplicación. Sus datos de pago y su historial de compras se gestionan conforme a las políticas de esa tienda. La aplicación únicamente comprueba si la compra existe para poder aplicar o restaurar lo que usted adquirió.

7. Durante cuánto tiempo conservamos la información

Somos una empresa registrada en la República de Corea, por lo que es la legislación coreana la que fija estos plazos de conservación. La información que la ley nos obliga a conservar se almacena por separado durante ese plazo y después se elimina de forma irrecuperable.

8. Cesión y encargados del tratamiento

Solo cedemos información personal a un tercero con su consentimiento o cuando la ley lo ampara. Si una autoridad de investigación presenta un requerimiento legítimo conforme a la legislación coreana, podemos facilitar información dentro del alcance de dicho requerimiento.

9. Sus derechos y la eliminación de sus datos

Puede solicitar el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de su información, o que dejemos de tratarla. Envíe su solicitud a la dirección de contacto indicada más abajo y la atenderemos y le responderemos en un plazo de 10 días.

También puede eliminar usted mismo la cuenta del servidor, en cualquier momento, desde la pantalla de Ajustes de la aplicación. La información que la ley nos obliga a conservar se almacena por separado durante ese plazo y después se elimina.

10. Medidas de seguridad

El tráfico hacia nuestro servidor está protegido con HTTPS. Las credenciales de la base de datos y las claves de firma se guardan únicamente en el almacén de secretos del servidor, nunca en el código fuente. El acceso a la información se limita al mínimo necesario para operar el servicio.

11. Dónde se trata su información

Los proveedores de publicidad y de plataforma mencionados en esta política operan en varios países. Cuando se muestran anuncios, la información publicitaria descrita anteriormente es tratada por Google LLC en los Estados Unidos y en otros países en los que Google opera. La información que Apple o Google tratan para la distribución de la aplicación y para los pagos se gestiona conforme a sus propias políticas.

Il possesso del Pass illimitato viene verificato sulla Sua cronologia d'acquisto StoreKit, non sui progressi conservati sul nostro server.

3. Collegamento ed eliminazione di un account Apple

Il collegamento di un account Apple è un'operazione che avvia Lei stesso, dalle impostazioni dell'edizione App Store. Il token di identità Apple e il codice di autorizzazione servono a verificare l'account, mentre il token di aggiornamento Apple è conservato cifrato sul nostro server. Non chiediamo il Suo nome né il Suo indirizzo e-mail.

Se si disconnette, i dati sul nostro server restano, così come quelli su questo dispositivo. Se elimina l'account, revochiamo il token Apple ed eliminiamo l'account e i progressi conservati sul nostro server; i dati su questo dispositivo restano.

Bead Gallery mostra pubblicità tramite Google Mobile Ads. Può acquistare Pass illimitato tramite il sistema di pagamento dello store da cui ha installato l’app. I dati di pagamento e la cronologia degli acquisti sono trattati secondo le politiche dello store. L’app verifica soltanto l’esistenza dell’acquisto per applicare o ripristinare ciò che ha acquistato.

7. Periodo di conservazione

Poiché siamo un’impresa registrata nella Repubblica di Corea, questi periodi di conservazione sono stabiliti dalla legge coreana. Le informazioni che la legge ci impone di conservare vengono archiviate separatamente per il periodo previsto e poi eliminate in modo irrecuperabile.

Il traffico verso il nostro server è protetto tramite HTTPS. Le credenziali del database e le chiavi di firma sono conservate soltanto nell’archivio segreto del server, mai nel codice sorgente. L’accesso alle informazioni è limitato a quanto strettamente necessario per gestire il Servizio.

11. Luogo del trattamento delle informazioni

I fornitori pubblicitari e di piattaforma indicati nella presente informativa operano in più Paesi. Quando vengono mostrati annunci, le informazioni pubblicitarie descritte sopra sono trattate da Google LLC negli Stati Uniti e negli altri Paesi in cui Google opera. Le informazioni trattate da Apple o Google per la distribuzione dell’app e i pagamenti sono soggette alle rispettive politiche.

Il nostro server, che conserva i dati descritti sopra, è ospitato da Amazon Web Services a Seul, Repubblica di Corea.

Bead Gallery menayangkan iklan melalui Google Mobile Ads. Bead Gallery Kullanım Koşulları

1. İşlediğimiz bilgiler

Bead Gallery giriş yapmadan hemen kullanılabilir. App Store sürümünde ayarlardan bir Apple hesabı bağlamayı seçerseniz, Apple'ın verdiği sabit kullanıcı kimliğini sunucumuzda HMAC ile işler ve sonucu hesapları birbirinden ayırmak için kullanırız. Adınızı ve e-posta adresinizi istemez ve saklamayız.

2. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

Kalpleriniz ve dolum zamanları, günlük hediye kayıtları, ses ve titreşim ayarları, tamamlanan eserler, son oyun kayıtları ve Sınırsız Pass'in etkin olup olmadığı, cihazınızdaki uygulama depolama alanında saklanır. Giriş yapmadığınız sırada oluşan kayıtlar cihazınızda kalır. Bir Apple hesabı bağlarsanız tamamlanan eserlerinizin, seviyenizin, en iyi kayıtlarınızın, kalplerinizin ve günlük hediye kayıtlarınızın bir kopyası sunucumuzda da saklanır. Sınırsız Pass'e sahip olup olmadığınız, sunucumuzdaki ilerlemeye göre değil StoreKit satın alma geçmişinize göre denetlenir.

3. Apple hesabı bağlama ve silme

Apple hesabı bağlamayı App Store sürümünün ayarlarından kendiniz başlatırsınız. Apple kimlik jetonu ve yetkilendirme kodu hesabı doğrulamak için kullanılır, Apple yenileme jetonu ise sunucumuzda şifreli olarak saklanır. Adınızı ve e-posta adresinizi istemeyiz.

Çıkış yaparsanız sunucumuzdaki kayıtlar da bu cihazdaki kayıtlar da kalır. Hesabı silerseniz Apple jetonunu iptal eder, hesabı ve sunucumuzda saklanan ilerlemeyi sileriz; bu cihazdaki kayıtlar kalır.

Bead Gallery, Google Mobile Ads üzerinden reklam gösterir. Reklamları yayınlamak, ne sıklıkta görüneceklerini denetlemek, performanslarını ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için reklam isteği, gösterim ve etkileşim verileri ile cihaz ve uygulama ortamına ilişkin bilgiler Google ve reklam iş ortakları tarafından işlenebilir. Zorunlu olan bölgelerde Google'ın gizlilik seçenekleri ekranı uygulama içinde sunulur. App Tracking Transparency izni istemiyor ve reklam kimliğini izleme amacıyla talep etmiyoruz.

6. Uygulama içi satın almalar

Sınırsız Pass ürününü, uygulamayı yüklediğiniz mağazanın ödeme sistemi üzerinden satın alabilirsiniz. Ödeme bilgileriniz ve satın alma geçmişiniz ilgili mağazanın politikalarına göre işlenir. Uygulama yalnızca satın alınan içeriği uygulamak veya geri yüklemek için satın almanın mevcut olup olmadığını kontrol eder.

7. Bilgileri saklama süremiz

Kore Cumhuriyeti’nde kayıtlı bir işletmeyiz; bu nedenle bu saklama süreleri Kore mevzuatıyla belirlenir. Kanunen saklanması gereken bilgiler ilgili süre boyunca ayrı tutulur ve ardından geri döndürülemeyecek şekilde silinir.

8. Paylaşım ve veri işleyenler

Kişisel bilgileri yalnızca onayınızla veya kanuni bir dayanak bulunduğunda üçüncü kişilerle paylaşırız. Bir soruşturma makamı Kore hukuku uyarınca hukuka uygun talepte bulunursa talebin kapsamındaki bilgileri sağlayabiliriz.

Ayrıca uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranından sunucu hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Kanunen saklanması gereken bilgiler ilgili süre boyunca ayrı tutulur ve ardından silinir.

10. Güvenlik önlemleri

Sunucu iletişimi HTTPS ile korunur. Veritabanı kimlik bilgileri ve imzalama anahtarları kaynak kodunda değil, yalnızca sunucunun gizli veri deposunda tutulur. Erişim, Hizmeti işletmek için gereken asgari düzeyle sınırlandırılır.

11. Bilgilerinizin işlendiği yerler

Bu politikada adı geçen reklam ve platform sağlayıcıları birden fazla ülkede faaliyet gösterir. Reklam sunulduğunda açıklanan reklam bilgileri Google LLC tarafından ABD’de ve Google’ın faaliyet gösterdiği diğer ülkelerde işlenir. Apple veya Google’ın dağıtım ve ödeme için işlediği bilgiler kendi politikalarına tabidir.

Kayıtları saklayan sunucumuz, Kore Cumhuriyeti’nin Seul kentinde Amazon Web Services tarafından barındırılır.

Ülkenizin hukuku bu tür sınır ötesi işleme için bildirim, onay veya koruma tedbirleri gerektiriyorsa bunlara uyarız.

12. AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre’deki kullanıcılar için

GDPR veya eş değer mevzuat uygulandığında kişisel bilgileri onayınız, sözleşmenin ifası, Hizmet güvenliği ve istikrarına ilişkin meşru menfaatlerimiz ve hukuki yükümlülükler temelinde işleriz. Reklamla ilgili onay gerektiğinde Google’ın gizlilik seçenekleri ekranı bunu alır.

İşlemeyi sınırlamamızı isteyebilir, meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz edebilir ve sağladığınız bilgilerin taşınabilir bir kopyasını alabilirsiniz. Onayınızı, önceki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemeden geri çekebilirsiniz.

Ülkenizdeki veri koruma denetim makamına da şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

13. Japonya’daki kullanıcılar için

APPI uygulandığında bilgileri bu politikadaki amaçlarla kullanırız. Hakkınızda tuttuğumuz bilgilerin açıklanmasını, düzeltilmesini, kullanımının durdurulmasını veya silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Üçüncü kişiye aktarımda veya Japonya dışında işlemede APPI’nin bildirim, onay ve koruma şartlarına uyarız.

14. Asgari yaş

Bead Gallery, 13 yaş ve üzerindeki kişiler içindir. Hizmet bu yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onların kişisel bilgilerini bilerek toplamayız.

Điều khoản sử dụng Bead Gallery

1. Thông tin chúng tôi xử lý

Bead Gallery có thể dùng ngay mà không cần đăng nhập. Nếu quý vị chọn liên kết tài khoản Apple trong phần cài đặt của bản App Store, chúng tôi xử lý mã định danh người dùng cố định do Apple cấp bằng HMAC trên máy chủ của mình và dùng kết quả đó để phân biệt các tài khoản. Chúng tôi không hỏi và không lưu tên hay địa chỉ email của quý vị.

2. Thông tin lưu trên thiết bị của bạn

Số tim của quý vị và thời điểm hồi tim, lịch sử quà tặng hằng ngày, thiết lập âm thanh và rung, các bức tranh đã hoàn thành, lịch sử các ván gần đây, và trạng thái của Vé không giới hạn được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ của ứng dụng trên thiết bị của bạn. Dữ liệu tạo ra khi quý vị chưa đăng nhập vẫn nằm trên thiết bị. Nếu quý vị liên kết tài khoản Apple, một bản sao các bức tranh đã hoàn thành, cấp độ, thành tích tốt nhất, số tim và lịch sử quà tặng hằng ngày cũng được lưu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Việc quý vị có Vé không giới hạn hay không được kiểm tra theo lịch sử mua hàng StoreKit, không theo tiến trình lưu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi.

3. Liên kết và xóa tài khoản Apple

Việc liên kết tài khoản Apple do chính quý vị bắt đầu, từ phần cài đặt của bản App Store. Mã thông báo danh tính Apple và mã ủy quyền được dùng để xác minh tài khoản, còn mã thông báo làm mới của Apple được lưu ở dạng mã hóa trên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi không hỏi tên hay địa chỉ email của quý vị.

Nếu quý vị đăng xuất, dữ liệu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi vẫn còn, và dữ liệu trên thiết bị này cũng vậy. Nếu quý vị xóa tài khoản, chúng tôi thu hồi mã thông báo Apple và xóa tài khoản cùng tiến trình lưu trên máy chủ; dữ liệu trên thiết bị này vẫn còn.

5. Quảng cáo

Bead Gallery hiển thị quảng cáo qua Google Mobile Ads. Để phân phối quảng cáo, kiểm soát tần suất hiển thị, đo lường hiệu quả và ngăn chặn lạm dụng, dữ liệu yêu cầu, hiển thị và tương tác quảng cáo cùng thông tin về thiết bị và môi trường ứng dụng có thể được Google và các đối tác quảng cáo của Google xử lý. Ở những nơi luật yêu cầu, màn hình lựa chọn quyền riêng tư của Google có sẵn trong ứng dụng. Chúng tôi không xin quyền App Tracking Transparency và không yêu cầu mã quảng cáo để theo dõi.

6. Mua hàng trong ứng dụng

Bạn có thể mua Vé không giới hạn qua hệ thống thanh toán của cửa hàng nơi cài đặt ứng dụng. Thông tin thanh toán và lịch sử mua hàng được xử lý theo chính sách của cửa hàng đó. Ứng dụng chỉ kiểm tra giao dịch mua để áp dụng hoặc khôi phục nội dung đã mua.

7. Thời gian lưu giữ thông tin

Chúng tôi là doanh nghiệp đăng ký tại Đại Hàn Dân Quốc, do đó pháp luật Hàn Quốc quy định các thời hạn lưu giữ này. Thông tin phải lưu theo luật được lưu riêng trong thời hạn tương ứng, sau đó bị xóa và không thể khôi phục.

8. Chia sẻ và bên xử lý dữ liệu

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân với bên thứ ba khi có sự đồng ý của bạn hoặc căn cứ pháp luật. Nếu cơ quan điều tra yêu cầu hợp pháp theo pháp luật Hàn Quốc, chúng tôi có thể cung cấp thông tin trong phạm vi yêu cầu.

9. Quyền của bạn và việc xóa dữ liệu

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, sửa, xóa thông tin hoặc ngừng xử lý. Hãy gửi yêu cầu đến địa chỉ bên dưới; chúng tôi sẽ xử lý và phản hồi trong 10 ngày.

Bạn cũng có thể tự xóa tài khoản máy chủ trong màn hình Cài đặt. Thông tin phải lưu theo luật được lưu riêng trong thời hạn tương ứng rồi xóa.

10. Biện pháp bảo mật

Liên lạc với máy chủ được bảo vệ bằng HTTPS. Thông tin xác thực cơ sở dữ liệu và khóa ký chỉ nằm trong kho bí mật của máy chủ, không nằm trong mã nguồn. Quyền truy cập được giới hạn ở mức tối thiểu cần để vận hành Dịch vụ.

11. Nơi thông tin của bạn được xử lý

Các nhà cung cấp quảng cáo và nền tảng nêu trong chính sách hoạt động tại nhiều quốc gia. Khi quảng cáo được phân phối, thông tin quảng cáo nêu trên được Google LLC xử lý tại Hoa Kỳ và các quốc gia khác nơi Google hoạt động. Thông tin do Apple hoặc Google xử lý để phân phối và thanh toán chịu chính sách riêng của họ.

Máy chủ lưu các hồ sơ nêu trên được Amazon Web Services lưu trữ tại Seoul, Đại Hàn Dân Quốc.

Khi pháp luật tại quốc gia của bạn yêu cầu thông báo, đồng ý hoặc biện pháp bảo vệ cho xử lý xuyên biên giới, chúng tôi sẽ tuân thủ.

12. Dành cho người dùng tại EEA, Vương quốc Anh và Thụy Sĩ

Khi GDPR hoặc luật tương đương áp dụng, chúng tôi xử lý thông tin dựa trên sự đồng ý, thực hiện hợp đồng, lợi ích hợp pháp về an toàn và ổn định của Dịch vụ, và nghĩa vụ pháp lý. Khi quảng cáo cần sự đồng ý, màn hình tùy chọn quyền riêng tư của Google sẽ thu thập sự đồng ý đó.

Bạn có thể yêu cầu hạn chế xử lý, phản đối xử lý dựa trên lợi ích hợp pháp và nhận bản sao có thể chuyển giao của thông tin đã cung cấp. Bạn có thể rút lại sự đồng ý mà không ảnh hưởng tính hợp pháp của xử lý trước đó.

Bạn cũng có thể khiếu nại với cơ quan giám sát bảo vệ dữ liệu tại quốc gia mình.

13. Dành cho người dùng tại Nhật Bản

Khi APPI áp dụng, chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin trong phạm vi mục đích nêu trong chính sách. Bạn có thể yêu cầu công khai, sửa, ngừng sử dụng hoặc xóa thông tin chúng tôi lưu giữ. Khi cung cấp cho bên thứ ba hoặc xử lý ngoài Nhật Bản, chúng tôi tuân thủ yêu cầu thông báo, đồng ý và bảo vệ của APPI.

14. Độ tuổi tối thiểu

Bead Gallery dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Dịch vụ không hướng đến trẻ em dưới độ tuổi này và chúng tôi không chủ ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của các em.
