Article 1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using Chrono Volley (the “Service”), a time-stop projectile destruction game provided by Goyo (“we”), and the rights and duties of Goyo and of you as a user.
Article 2. Definitions
- “Service” means the app Chrono Volley as distributed on Google Play and App Store and Apps-in-Toss.
- “User” means a person who uses the Service under these terms.
Article 3. Applying and changing these terms
- These terms apply once we post them on the Service's policy screen or a public web page.
- We may change these terms so long as the change does not break applicable law.
- When we change them we give the effective date and the reason from 7 days before that date, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.
- If you do not agree with a change you can stop using the Service. If you keep using it after the notice period, we treat that as agreement.
Article 4. Eligibility
- You can play without signing in. The paid Google Play and App Store editions keep game progress and settings only on your device, so they may be lost when the app or device data is deleted or the device is changed. Apps-in-Toss reward balances and transaction records are stored on the server and restored using the same anonymous identifier. Request deletion of promotion records at support@sleite.com; pending exchanges must be reconciled first.
- We may refuse or restrict use if you use someone else's information, have previously been restricted for breaking these terms, or try to obtain records in the Service by illegitimate means.
Article 5. What the Service provides
- We provide 60 stages and OVERTIME content in which you stop time, draw projectile paths, and fire them together to destroy targets.
- We may change the rules, difficulty, rewards, screens, and features to keep the Service stable and to improve it. We give notice of important changes in advance.
Article 6. Using the platforms
- You must also follow the terms of Google Play or App Store or Apps-in-Toss, wherever you downloaded or run the Service. Distribution, updates, and payment are governed by that platform's policies.
- A platform outage, policy change, or end of support may temporarily limit your use of the Service.
Article 7. Remove Ads and rewarded ads in earlier free editions
- The paid Google Play and App Store editions have no ads and no in-app purchases.
- Remove Ads is a non-consumable product offered in earlier free editions; it removes the bottom banner and automatic interstitial ads.
- In those editions, prices and benefits are shown on the purchase screen, and you can apply the purchase again using Restore Purchases in Settings with the same payment platform account.
- In those editions, rewarded ads that you voluntarily choose to skip a stage remain available after Remove Ads is applied.
- Purchase cancellations and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the platform that processed the payment.
Article 8. In-app purchases and refunds
- The paid Google Play and App Store editions are bought from the store and include no in-app purchases. The app's price and refunds follow the policies of the store where you bought it.
- In earlier free editions, Remove Ads could be bought with Google Play or App Store payments. Restoring it, cancellations, and refunds follow the policies of the platform that processed the payment.
Article 9. What you must not do
You must not:
- use the Service with automation tools, macros, or a modified build of the app;
- send requests directly to the server or alter how the app behaves in order to obtain records in the Service;
- create multiple accounts to collect the same reward more than once;
- use someone else's account or device to use the Service;
- interfere with the operation of the Service or place a burden on the server;
- copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service's code, design, or content beyond what the law allows.
Article 10. Action against misuse
- If we confirm that you have broken these duties, we may restrict your use of the Service.
- Where the breach is serious we may end your eligibility to use the Service.
- We tell you before we act and give you a chance to respond. Where we must block something urgently, we act first and tell you immediately afterwards.
Article 11. Intellectual property
Rights in the code, design, text, images, and other content in the Service belong to Goyo or to the rightful owner. These terms give you only a limited right to use the Service personally.
Article 12. Changing, suspending, or ending the Service
- The Service may be suspended for maintenance, a fault, a natural disaster, a security problem, or a platform policy change. We give 7 days' notice of a suspension we can foresee, and tell you immediately after the cause is resolved for a sudden one.
- If we end the Service we give 30 days' notice.
Article 13. Limits of our responsibility
- We are not responsible for loss caused, without intent or negligence on our part, by a platform outage, a communications failure, a device fault, or force majeure.
- Nothing in this section excludes or limits responsibility that applicable law places on us.
Article 14. Privacy
How the Service handles personal information is described in the Chrono Volley Privacy Policy.
Article 15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. We will try to settle any dispute about the Service by agreement first; if that fails, it may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 고요(Goyo, 이하 “고요”)가 제공하는 시간 정지 탄막 파괴 게임 Chrono Volley(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 고요 및 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
제2조 (용어의 뜻)
- “서비스”란 각 앱 마켓과 플랫폼에서 제공되는 앱 Chrono Volley를 말합니다.
- “이용자”란 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 사람을 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 적용과 변경)
- 이 약관은 서비스의 정책 화면 또는 공개 웹페이지에 게시함으로써 적용됩니다.
- 고요는 관계 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 약관을 변경할 때에는 적용일과 변경 이유를 적용일 7일 전부터 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.
- 변경 내용에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 알린 기간이 지난 뒤에도 계속 이용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제4조 (이용 자격)
- 로그인하지 않아도 플레이할 수 있습니다. Google Play 유료판과 App Store 유료판은 게임 진행과 설정을 기기에만 저장하므로 앱 삭제·앱 데이터 초기화·기기 변경 시 사라질 수 있습니다. 앱인토스 보상 잔액과 원장은 서버에 저장하며 같은 익명 식별키로 복구합니다. 프로모션 기록 삭제는 support@sleite.com으로 요청할 수 있으며 확인 중인 교환은 지급 결과 확인 후 처리합니다.
- 다른 사람의 정보를 사용하거나, 이 약관을 위반해 이용이 제한된 적이 있거나, 부정한 방법으로 서비스 내 기록을 얻으려 한 경우에는 이용을 거절하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (서비스의 내용)
- 고요는 시간을 멈추고 탄환 경로를 그린 뒤 한 번에 발사해 목표물을 파괴하는 60개 스테이지와 OVERTIME 콘텐츠를 제공합니다.
- 고요는 서비스의 안정성·품질 개선을 위해 규칙, 난이도, 보상, 화면과 제공 기능을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.
제6조 (플랫폼 이용)
- 이용자는 서비스를 내려받거나 실행하는 Google Play, App Store, Apps-in-Toss의 이용 조건도 함께 따라야 합니다.
- 각 플랫폼의 장애, 정책 변경 또는 지원 종료로 서비스 이용이 일시적으로 제한될 수 있습니다.
제7조 (이전 무료판의 광고 제거권과 보상형 광고)
- Google Play 유료판과 App Store 유료판에는 광고와 인앱결제가 없습니다.
- 광고 제거권은 이전 무료판에서 제공되는 비소모성 상품으로, 하단 배너와 자동 전면 광고를 제거합니다.
- 이전 무료판에서는 가격과 혜택을 구매 화면에 표시하며, 같은 결제 플랫폼 계정에서는 설정의 구매 복원 기능으로 다시 적용할 수 있습니다.
- 이전 무료판에서 광고 제거권을 적용해도 이용자가 스테이지 통과를 위해 직접 선택하는 보상형 광고는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 구매 취소와 환불은 결제를 처리한 플랫폼의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다.
제8조 (인앱결제와 환불)
- Google Play 유료판과 App Store 유료판은 스토어에서 앱을 구매하는 방식이며 앱 안의 인앱결제가 없습니다. 앱 가격과 환불은 앱을 구매한 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
- 이전 무료판에서는 Google Play 또는 App Store 결제로 광고 제거권을 구매할 수 있습니다. 광고 제거권의 복원, 구매 취소와 환불은 결제를 처리한 플랫폼의 정책을 따릅니다.
제9조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 자동화 도구, 매크로, 변조된 앱을 사용해 서비스를 이용하는 행위
- 서버에 직접 요청을 보내거나 앱 동작을 변경해 서비스 내 기록을 얻는 행위
- 여러 계정을 만들어 중복으로 보상을 받는 행위
- 다른 사람의 계정이나 기기를 빌려 이용하는 행위
- 서비스의 운영을 방해하거나 서버에 부담을 주는 행위
- 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 서비스의 코드·디자인·콘텐츠를 무단 복제, 배포 또는 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
제10조 (부정 이용에 대한 조치)
- 고요는 이용자의 의무 위반이 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 위반 정도가 중대한 경우 이용 자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다.
- 조치 전에 이용자에게 알리고 의견을 제출할 기회를 줍니다. 다만 긴급히 차단해야 하는 경우에는 먼저 조치하고 즉시 알립니다.
제11조 (지식재산권)
서비스에 포함된 코드, 디자인, 문구, 이미지와 그 밖의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 고요 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이 약관은 이용자에게 서비스를 개인적으로 이용할 수 있는 제한적 권한만 부여합니다.
제12조 (서비스의 변경·중단·종료)
- 점검, 장애, 천재지변, 보안 문제, 플랫폼 정책 변경 등으로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 미리 알 수 있는 중단은 7일 전에 알리고, 갑작스러운 중단은 사유가 해소된 뒤 즉시 알립니다.
- 서비스를 종료하는 경우 30일 전에 알리고 안내합니다.
제13조 (책임의 범위)
- 고요는 고의 또는 과실 없이 발생한 플랫폼 장애, 통신 장애, 기기 고장 또는 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 이 조항은 관계 법령에 따라 고요가 부담해야 하는 책임을 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다.
제14조 (개인정보)
서비스의 개인정보 처리 내용은 Chrono Volley 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
제15조 (준거법과 분쟁 해결)
이 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 당사자 간 협의를 우선하며, 해결되지 않는 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.
