그 여름의 근무일지 서비스 이용약관

1. 처리하는 정보

현재 버전은 스토어에서 한 번 구매하는 유료 앱입니다. 앱 회원가입·로그인, 광고, 앱 안 결제와 서버 통신이 없으며 개인정보를 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다. 앱 구매에는 기기의 Google Play 또는 App Store 계정을 사용하며, 개발자는 계정 비밀번호·프로필·카드번호를 받지 않습니다. Google Play 내부 테스트와 TestFlight로만 배포한 이전 시험판에는 광고·앱 안 결제·구매 계정과 서버 기록이 있었으며, 그 기록의 삭제 요청은 계속 지원합니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

이야기 진행, 읽은 대사와 추억·엔딩, 날짜 확인 기록, 읽기 속도와 소리 설정은 기기 또는 서비스가 실행되는 플랫폼의 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 이 기록은 기기 안에서만 처리되며 개발자 서버에 저장하지 않으므로 앱 삭제·앱 데이터 초기화·기기 변경으로 사라질 수 있고, 다른 기기나 다른 스토어로 옮기거나 복원할 수 없습니다. 앱은 구매한 스토어 계정에서 다시 내려받을 수 있습니다.

3. 이전 시험판 기록과 삭제 요청

현재 버전은 개발자 서버나 광고·분석·오류 보고 서비스와 통신하지 않습니다. 이용자가 직접 여는 이 방침 등의 웹 페이지와 문의용 메일 앱만 예외입니다. Google Play 내부 테스트와 TestFlight로만 배포한 이전 시험판에서 처리한 구매 확인·거래 기록과 구매 계정 연결 정보는 대한민국 서울의 Amazon Web Services 서버에 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 이 정보의 열람·삭제는 정보·기존 계정 삭제 안내에서 앱 설치 없이 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청은 스토어 구매를 자동 취소하거나 환불하지 않습니다.

이용자는 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 해당 플랫폼의 저장 환경을 초기화하여 로컬 정보를 지울 수 있습니다. 삭제된 앱 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

광고 제공 과정에서 이 방침에 적은 광고 관련 정보가 Google LLC(미국 및 Google이 운영하는 그 밖의 국가)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 배포·결제 과정에서 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 방침이 적용됩니다.

관련 법령이 국외 이전에 대해 고지·동의 또는 보호조치를 요구하는 경우 이를 따릅니다.

8. 방침의 변경

처리 내용이 바뀌는 경우에는 해당 업데이트를 배포하기 전에 이 방침을 개정하고 시행일을 표시합니다. 적용일 7일 전부터 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.

That Summer Terms of Service

1. Information we process

The current version is a paid app bought once from the store. It has no app account or sign-in, no ads, no in-app purchases and no server communication, and sends no personal information off your device. Buying the app uses your Google Play or App Store account; the developer does not receive account passwords, profiles or card numbers. The earlier test builds distributed only through Google Play internal testing and TestFlight included ads, in-app purchases, purchase accounts and server records, and we continue to accept deletion requests for those records.

2. Information stored on your device

Story progress, read dialogue, memories and endings, date-check records, reading speed and sound settings are stored in the app's storage on your device. These records are processed only on your device and are not stored on our server, so they may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data or change device, and they cannot be moved or restored to another device or store. You can download the app again with the store account you bought it with.

3. Earlier test build records and deletion requests

The current version does not communicate with our server or with any advertising, analytics or error-reporting service; the only exceptions are web pages you open yourself, such as this policy, and the email app you open to contact us. Purchase verification and transaction records and purchase-account links processed by the earlier test builds distributed only through Google Play internal testing and TestFlight may remain on our Amazon Web Services server in Seoul, Republic of Korea. You can request access to or deletion of that information by email, without installing the app, from the data and earlier account deletion page. Deletion requests do not automatically cancel or refund store purchases.

You can remove the information held on your device by deleting the app or clearing its app data. Deleted app data cannot be recovered.

6. Where your information is processed

The advertising and platform providers named in this policy operate in multiple countries. When ads are served, the ad-related information described above is processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Information processed by Apple or Google for app distribution and payment is handled under their own policies.

Where the law of your country requires notice, consent, or safeguards for this kind of cross-border processing, we follow it.

7. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for ad-related storage or identifiers where consent is required — Google's privacy options screen collects it); performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping it stable); and compliance with a legal obligation.

In addition to the rights above, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

8. For users in Japan

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we use personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact below. Where personal information is provided to a third party or handled outside Japan, we follow the notice, consent, and safeguard requirements of the APPI.

10. Changes to this policy

If what we process changes, we revise this policy and show its effective date before releasing that update. We give notice from 7 days before the date it applies, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.
