Chrono Volley Terms of Service

1. Information we process

Game progress and settings stay on your device. Only Apps-in-Toss promotions send your anonymous Toss key to our server, where it is converted to an HMAC identifier. Daily completed-run counts, reward balances, transaction records and payout result keys are stored on AWS in Seoul, South Korea. We do not collect names, contact details or payment method information.

2. Information stored on your device

Stage progress, best shot counts for each stage, OVERTIME streak records, music, sound effect and vibration settings, and ad interval information are stored in the app's storage on your device. Apps-in-Toss reward balances and transaction records are stored on the server and restored using the same anonymous identifier. Local game progress and settings may be lost when the app or device data is deleted or the device is changed. Request deletion of promotion records at support@sleite.com; pending exchanges must be reconciled first.

The Google Play and App Store versions use Google Mobile Ads banner and interstitial ads, as well as rewarded ads that play only when you choose to skip a stage. Approximate location inferred from your IP address, device and app environment information, device identifiers, ad request, impression and interaction information, and crash, diagnostic and performance information may be processed by Google and its advertising partners to serve ads, control frequency, measure performance, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Google privacy choices are provided in regions where required. The App Store app code does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or read the IDFA directly.

6. In-app purchases

Remove Ads is purchased through Google Play or the App Store, depending on the version you installed. The payment platform’s policies apply to payment method information. The app checks the purchase history of the same platform account to remove the bottom banner and automatic interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available after Remove Ads is applied.

7. How long we keep information

We are a business registered in the Republic of Korea, so Korean law sets these retention periods. Information that a law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period and then deleted beyond recovery.

8. Sharing and processors

We share personal information with a third party only with your consent or where the law provides a basis. If an investigative authority makes a lawful request under Korean law, we may provide information within the scope of that request.

9. Your rights and deletion

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop us processing it. Send your request to the contact address below and we will act on it and reply within 10 days.

You can also delete the server account yourself from the app's Settings screen at any time. Information that a law requires us to keep is stored separately for that period and then deleted.

10. Security measures

Traffic to our server is protected with HTTPS. Database credentials and signing keys are kept only in the server's secret store, never in source code. Access to information is limited to the minimum needed to operate the service.

11. Where your information is processed

The advertising and platform providers named in this policy operate in multiple countries. When ads are served, the ad-related information described above is processed by Google LLC in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Information processed by Apple or Google for app distribution and payment is handled under their own policies.

Our own server, which stores the records described above, is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Where the law of your country requires notice, consent, or safeguards for this kind of cross-border processing, we follow it.

12. For users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we process personal information on these legal bases: your consent (for ad-related storage or identifiers where consent is required — Google's privacy options screen collects it); performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); our legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and keeping it stable); and compliance with a legal obligation.

In addition to the rights above, you can ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

13. For users in Japan

Where the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we use personal information within the purposes stated in this policy. You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact below. Where personal information is provided to a third party or handled outside Japan, we follow the notice, consent, and safeguard requirements of the APPI.

15. Changes to this policy

If what we process changes, we revise this policy and show its effective date before releasing that update. We give notice from 7 days before the date it applies, and from 30 days before for an important change that is unfavourable to you.

법령이 보존 기간을 정한 정보는 그 기간 동안 분리해 보관하고, 기간이 지나면 복구할 수 없도록 삭제합니다.

광고 제거권 구매는 이용자가 설치한 배포판의 Google Play 또는 App Store 결제로 이루어집니다. 결제 수단 정보에는 해당 결제 플랫폼의 방침이 적용됩니다. 앱은 같은 플랫폼 계정의 구매 내역을 확인해 하단 배너와 자동 전면 광고를 제거하며, 이용자가 선택하는 보상형 광고는 광고 제거권 적용 뒤에도 사용할 수 있습니다.

개인정보의 제3자 제공은 이용자의 동의 또는 법령상 근거가 있는 경우에 이루어집니다. 법령에 따라 수사기관이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에는 해당 범위의 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

광고는 Apps-in-Toss 통합 광고를 통해 노출되며, 그 과정에서 광고 사업자가 처리하는 정보에는 해당 사업자와 플랫폼의 방침이 적용됩니다.

7. 이용자의 권리와 삭제

앱인토스 프로모션 기록의 열람·정정·삭제는 support@sleite.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 확인 중인 교환은 지급 결과 확인 후 처리합니다. 삭제한 보상은 복구할 수 없으며, 기기 게임 기록과 플랫폼 구매권은 별도로 유지됩니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

서버 통신은 HTTPS로 보호하고, 데이터베이스 접속 정보와 서명 키는 소스 코드에 두지 않고 서버 비밀 저장소에만 보관합니다. 정보에 접근할 수 있는 권한은 운영에 필요한 최소한으로 제한합니다.

9. 국외 이전

광고 제공 과정에서 이 방침에 적은 광고 관련 정보가 Google LLC(미국 및 Google이 운영하는 그 밖의 국가)에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 앱 배포·결제 과정에서 Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보에는 각 사업자의 방침이 적용됩니다.

서비스 자체 서버는 Amazon Web Services를 통해 대한민국 서울에서 운영합니다.

관련 법령이 국외 이전에 대해 고지·동의 또는 보호조치를 요구하는 경우 이를 따릅니다.

개인정보 침해로 상담이나 신고가 필요하면 개인정보침해 신고센터(국번없이 118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972, www.kopico.go.kr), 경찰청 사이버수사국(국번없이 182)에 연락할 수 있습니다.

11. 방침의 변경

처리 내용이 바뀌는 경우에는 해당 업데이트를 배포하기 전에 이 방침을 개정하고 시행일을 표시합니다. 적용일 7일 전부터 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 30일 전부터 알립니다.
